COME FORWARD, WORKERS
Matt 9:37-38”The harvest is plentiful but the workers are few. Ask the Lord of the harvest, therefore to send out workers into his harvest field." God, in His infinite wisdom, decided to allow us, His children, to participate in the process of bringing other people to Him. It's a privilege we take all too lightly. Jesus knew that there were plenty of people who needed to hear the gospel message and, in fact, were waiting to hear it. But the workers were not coming forward. He asked His disciples to pray for workers to come forward. We must do the same … pray for workers who are willing to leave their homes, and possibly their homelands, to share the message of God's love with all who will listen. By Carolyn Larsen
